The 'BOOK NOW' button will take you to a booking page run by Gensolve. This software programme is used by physiotherapists to allow online booking. It will guide you through the process of registering and booking an appointment.
No appointments available anytime soon?
We have ADDITIONAL urgent appointments available. Please ring or email us if you need to be seen sooner e.g. after had recent surgery. We'll do our best to fit you in.
Our Fees
ACC
If your injury is covered by an active ACC claim and involves the elbow, wrist or hand, there is an initial one off $20 administration fee after which your treatment will be free of charge. If you are unsure whether ACC will cover your problem, we can help you find out at your first appointment.
For injuries above the elbow such as the shoulder and neck. These are not covered by our ACC hand therapy contract. There is a $40 surcharge for each treatment.
Private consultations
In some cases, your problem will not be covered by ACC. You can choose to use private health insurance if you have this or pay privately.
Initial appointment (30 mins): $120
Follow up appointment (30 mins): $90
Not attending appointments
Our therapists allocate their valuable time to see you. If you do not show up to an appointment without giving us at least 6 hours of warning (by either phone or email message) you may be charged a $40 missed appointment fee.
